    I remember I use to love food soaked in alcohol, lol, mainly rice wine. :) The main food I cooked that way was salmon.

    Oh that was a surprise. I thought you meant gummy bears and stuff (https://lordsofthedrinks.com/2013/03/16/your-liquored-up-party-snacks/), but you mean actual food. Haven't tried that yet. How do you do it? Just boil it like you would normally use water?
    I love cooking with alcohol, but it's usually some red wine in a stew, fry sausages in Belgian brown beer or pour some hard liquor on my steak. In all cases the alcohol will vaporize before you start eating.
