It's a bug, there's a ton of wrong dates due to data loss, the majority of the time, the incorrect date is in September of 2008.

In 2008, I had the same job, same house, same relationship status, different car, less pets.

 

Soo all those folks have chosen to recently reactivate their accounts then?

No. They could have gone inactive at any point. If the "last active" is before 2015, then they haven't been active since 2015... but the date that is listed (as their date of last activity) may or may not be accurate.

Also, I never went inactive... not for more than a month anyway. I've logged in consistently for 12+ years

 

I have done absolutely nothing and waited for someone to show me a sign of why or where I am supposed to go, and in what direction. I don't even think I've had a real life conversation with another adult, most people are mutes nowadays. Either imma be arrested by the FBI or given a Job by some wealthy individual working some technology sector project, until that happens I am doing as little as possible to save my strength for death.

Well... the Last active dates of people who have logged into the "New Nexopia" is correct! The last active dates with some people is wrong but it's actually not a bug. The data we had in store had incorrect dates...

But coming back to your point, yes 2008 was a GREAT year! (for me at least! I got married in 2008...
