@djfly Let that be a lesson to you, if your system ain't broke don't fix it. And ALWAYS get plastered before and/or during family events.
Would you come to my next family event and say that to mine as well? Some of them really have it coming but I'm just too polite.
I don't think I've ever been intoxicated at a family event. They aren't that bad when I am around them, although maybe they are really annoying when I am not around and everything is not as it seems.
Perfect, I'll remember that You have to be really passive aggressive about it though, that's all they understand. Totally love my family so much lol
I'd require a full backstory; not because I care on a personal basis, but because I can only destroy people who are wrong. That said, given the backstory and my agreement, and though I generally refrain from using them in a debate, I'm quite good at passive aggressive jabs. I learned from my mom's family. They're exceptional at being condescending and passive-aggressive.
@djfly No real back story, my mom's sisters are just total bitches. In the most passive aggressive/condescending way possible. Probably because they don't drink and need to get laid
They're all old and boring af 1 has a cat, 1 has a dog, and 1 has a kid. My only bio cousin on my mom's side and she's totally screwed up. The one with the cat might be a hoarder lol not really sure.
If you people are not gonna use this thread for drinking I suggest you get at it. Water is also an acceptable substitute, water laced with pure H2o that is
nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon, the three spices common in pumpkin pie, the main way that most people get exposed to pumpkins.
So what your saying is the three main spices in Pumpkin spice do not contain actual Pumpkin flavoring
That's exactly what he's saying @Cib3rNaut rich "pumpkin pie flavours" enhanced with allspice and nutmeg are showcased in this smooth whisky
Allspice was so named because explorers, upon discovering the Caribbean (Jamaica specifically), found the locals using a spice that had a similar flavour to a combination of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. It was thus named "All Spice" (In French, the literal translation is "Jamaican Spice"). So, though I don't remember putting allspice in a pumpkin pie, it stands to reason that allspice fits the "pumpkin pie spice" spice profile. =)
Maybe they just couldn't decide on a flavor name, and mixed them all together and called it all spice. So the 3 dimensions of spices being mixed in any configuration would be in turn the all spice. And with the words Jamaican being added I would assume that the passers of the naming ritual were very high at the time. Most likely spilling all spices into one bunch creating the aforementioned all spice naming system.
Your wealth of random knowledge never fails to impress me I literally just stole that description from BC liquor stores website lol If I had to guess for myself I would have said cinnamon, vanilla and molasses but my sense of taste is clearly a little off.
