Alien spaceship or turd shaped rock?

Why eminent scientists (including Stephen Hawking) say this quarter of a mile long cigar-shaped object hurtling through space at 196,000mph

That would be so cool if it was an alien space ship, lol. I'm hoping that it is. *crosses fingers*

That speed suggests to me that it could be from outside our solar system.

 

What shape is a turd, anyways, lol? Turds are amorphous to me, lol. I've seen turd that is just liquid and the shape is just taking the shape of its container, so turds are so amorphous to the point that it can have no shape at all, lol.
