I'm curious as to what people are doing as far as diet. I think that's my main weak point when it comes to my fitness goals. It's so hard to get out of shitty habits when you live with someone that makes it next to impossible to just keep healthy stuff around and make decent meals. But - I'll be moving February 1st and living by myself so I'm going to do a total overhaul of my diet to try and get some success and get healthier.

I have no control when it comes to my diet and my bf doesn’t understand it, and continues to bring home crappy food that I eat in one sitting.
That's part of the problem right now. I'm eating a ton of sugar and processed foods because it's always in the house and because when it's available it seems like an easy way to hit my calories for the day (even though I know that's literally the worst kind of food to try and put on size).
I got to blue belt. What stripe were you in white belt? I never choked anybody out because it is practice and they tap or I just let go.
Doesn't it take like 2 years to get to blue belt? Blue is pretty good, you could probably kick my ass lol. I always lost to this one blue belt, he was like 300 lbs and if he just put me in a normal ass mount position my ribs would feel like they're about to crack. Like, later in the day my ribs would make a popping sound when I breathed heavily. We didn't have stripes at our gym, we're poor.
I got it in 4.5 years, lol, so I'm pretty slow. Maybe you shouldn't by rolling with a 300 pounder, lol?
I might start taking it up again, next time you're in England hit me up so we can have sex, I mean roll together. Yeah, it's because he was probably my only friend there so I partnered with him a lot. Sweaty guy though, one time he dripped some sweat into my eye.
I think it'd be more painful to have plastic rammed into your face, you tune out the balls to face after a while. What's the craziest thing that happened when training? We had a dude who straight up starting crying after tapping out.
You were there for 4.5 years though, there had to be something. I always read stories of people passing out and pissing themselves, did that never happen at your gym?
Yeah, people pissed themselves, threw up, etc., bad muscle cramps, small injuries, etc. but never passing out, lol. Safety was a top priority.
Woo, tell me the pissing themselves/throwing up stories. Were you ever involved in one of the incidents?
The mounts, knee on bellies and body triangles had me pissing myself and puking on occasions, lol. I took a lot of Move-Free from Costco for my joints, lol. I don't have any good stories, lol. They would usually go to the bathroom and puke, lol. I wasn't a looky-loo, lol.
