I used to have a lot more allergies in my life, until I changed my diet. I remember sitting outside and the pollen falling all over the place (never saw so much pollen in my life, it was like raining pollen), and being amazed at all the pollen, and not a sniffle in sight. So, to my knowledge, I currently have no allergies.

I own a cat - acupuncture really helped!
    I smoke marijuana daily
I don't care for those specific nuts. I like pistachios and cashews.
I can eat the fruit once it's been cooked

    :)

I was fine, we always had dogs growing up. 23ish, my eyes would burn so I thought it was a contact issue. Always carried eye drops. Now I'm like full blown fucking hives, burning eyes, headache, swelling. It's awesome :headache: I've been following hypoallergenic breeders but probably will end up getting the damn weekly shots

Look into acupuncture! I was super allergic to cats, now I'm fine unless I bury my face in my cat, then I get all sneezy. But no more hives or rashes, itchy throat, watering eyes.

I’m allergic to cats too and live with two, but I find certain cats to trigger my allergies way more than others. Getting rid of carpets helps a LOT for me.

I wonder if younger people today have more allergies because the environments in which they grew up are more sterile than they were when I was a kid...

I’ve read that. And when I first became allergic to everything I was 6, but my mom couldn’t live without her cat for too long so we moved into a house without carpets and had cats my whole life and now my allergies aren’t nearly as bad. I think you can train your body to stop exploding. That being said, if I get super stressed out my body explodes with hives and my face looks like mr potato head, so it’s a delicate dance lmao.

Some of the research I've done leads me to believe that I'm allergic to the herbicides and pesticides rather than the actual fruit. Also I can eat them once cooked.
