At home, do you usually wear shoes or socks or go barefoot? And what about at friends' houses?

What's the point of this thread, if not to set up some spam? =/

There is a degree of variation needed in each scenario that is selective upon wearing the sock and or no socks, in most situations socks are needed as a protective layer for the feet themselves. Although I would recommend making calculated judgement over either going sockless or wearing socks just remember the choice is yours to make and be sure to read all instructions before making the chosen decision your own to avoid any incidents that may occur.

Totally depends, if I've just got up and haven't gotten ready then barefoot, however if I'm dressed, then probably socks.

I hate walking around with bare feet unless it's outside in the grass. I have enormous fluffy bear claw slippers that I wear in the house, and on the patio, but if it's too hot for slippers I will likely be wearing thigh high socks. (I only own below the ankle or thigh high, all other socks piss me off)

My girlfriend got me Blue Jays slippers for my bday, but it's too hot right now to wear them. My footwear usually depends on how busy I am. Running errands = constantly forget to take my shoes off. Wake up and not doing much = barefoot. Busy but have some time = socks.

Always socks in winter except if I have a blanket then never socks.
Never shoes in the house unless I'm working on the house then work boots.

Summer is random about socks/shoes, usually shoes outside, sometimes barefoot with shoes, sometimes running to my car in socks or barefoot, sometimes barefoot in the yard, sometimes socks on the deck, mostly depends on what I'm already wearing, where I'm going, and what's handy when I walk out the door...

I ALWAYS wear shoes when I'm going out but there is a lady in my hometown that thinks slippers are street walking shoes and I respect that.

I prefer to wear shoes indoors. I know a lot of people freak out about that because of bacteria but w/e. I feel weird with bare feet because I have really flat feet and shoes give me ankle/arch support.

I do take off my shoes at other peoples houses though.

I just realized, this is about "at other people's houses".
I always wear socks and always remove my shoes (and in most cases, even if the host does not)

Can't believe I didn't notice that before it was shoved in my face. :D

..I only wear shoes at other peoples house if they say "leave your shoes on, it's a mess"
