I'm going to be a first time home owner within the next year. I have a good relationship with my financial advisor and real estate agent but I'm wondering if anyone has tips or advice that I might not be getting from the professionals? Anything you regret doing, not doing, or wish you had done differently when you bought your first home? Anything I need to be cautious of? Is anyone else close to buying a house?
No way I'm sure some other people here own their homes or are getting ready to buy one. Or am I just really old?
I wouldn't suggest buying a condominium in a condominium complex because if you rent it, the rent could be around 1,200 to 2,000 dollars per month, whereas if you buy it, the property could tax could exceed 3,000 dollars per month, lol.
Good advice, we're definitely not looking at condos. We need a house with lots of space and a yard for all of our future dogs
make sure your satisfied with your area, my friend bought a house in our hometown and i laughed saying your stuck here for life
**** wreck, do it. honestly can you tell your bf to step it up a little and buy dracula's castle? and you know.. let me sleep over. or move in.
You guys can orchestrate a tumultuous murder of each other when you guys are older, so there would be lingering emotions causing energy to stay behind on Earth, rendering you guys to become ghosts and you guys could live in the house forever, lol.
If you read up juuuuuuust a lil you'll see that it was suggested that she buy Dracula's castle, which would be a few million for sure.
