I was personally disappointed in the Gantz anime. Digimon/Pokemon are whatever I liked Sailor Moon crystal even though the animation was closer to the manga art and a lot of people cried about it "its too bubbly" "proportions are sooo wrong" etc.
What disappointed you about gantz? I remember liking it but I didn't know anything about it beforehand
They ended it way before the manga ended and in such a retarded way. Like I don't even remember Double Kurono. Unless it was there and it's just been so long since I watched it. The fight at the temple is like THE LAST alien in Gantz and it was pretty much like ..3 volumes in in the manga... nowhere near the end
rogue boner seems to be confused, because there's allot of anime that's come out in the past few years that were top tit. im unsure what types your into but ill still name a bunch off with a bit of a description of what its about. ill put stars on the ones i thought were really great. if you have not seen konosuba its funny and silly, and many people enjoyed it. stiensgate ( a scientist that builds a time machine to save his friend from dying ) * last exile ( steampunk aircraft war/carriers ) * hellsing ultimate ( my most favorite vampire series ) * shingeki no bahamut genesis ( a mixture of bounty hunting, three musketeers and final fantasy ) * one punch man ( hero show ) * mob psycho 100 ( same creators of 1 punch man but about a boy with telekinesis ) * steamboy ( another steampunk anime its worth watching ) cowboy bepop ( space bounty hunters ) kill la kill ( school fighting ) evangelion ( id recommend the movies 1.0 you are not alone 2.0 you can not advance and 3.0?) witch hunter robin ( a witch that hunts witches ) bungou stray dogs ( people with powers and investigation ) kekkai sensen ( like stray dogs but had a better story line ) 91 days ( guy tracks down his families killer ) the devil is a part timer ( the devil comes from a different dimension and has to work at mcdonalds to live ) owari no seraph ( vampires monsters bla bla ) soul eater ( school fighting demons and witches ) akame ga kill ( assassins ) my hero academe ( hero training school ) is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon ( kid wants to become a hero and drives himself to be better ) i haven't gotten around to watch hunter x hunter but its apparently really good.
Im not confused your standards seem pretty low. A few of those ive actually watched. Witch hunter robin is old af. Hellsing ultimate i enjoyed 1 punch man is mediocre at best. Situationally funny but still mediocre. Its cool if being a weab is your thing im just over anime. The moe train the bleach/naruto/dbz carbon copies burned me out.

wow lots of anime fans out there lol couple of my favorites are dragon ball z &super, sword art online, hellsing:ultimate( the movie ok to i guess lol), naruto shippuden, samurai 7, basilisk, and one from my teen years called x(that might be hard to find)
