Banff or Jasper national parks have lots to offer for mountaineering in the summer and ice climbing in winter. For the more adventurous, Tombstone national park - my personal favorite.
It looks like Niagra Falls, which is in Ontario - part of the falls is in the US, but The Ontario side is more popular

Coastal BC is amazing, year round, but the rest of the country is as well as long as you don’t come in winter. I mean, there are cool things to do in the winter as well, it just tends to be unreasonably cold.
