Best Ways to Reduce Anxiety or Stress

    I have always found that the best ways to reduce or deal with stress and anxiety is either pick a hobby, yoga, meditation or social gatherings. There have been many researches done but everyone has their way of dealing with stress or anxiety like the ones I found.
    However I would love anyone's opinion on the topic?

    The best way I think that would help loose anxiety or stress would be yoga and meditation. I personally do yoga every morning then meditate for at least 20 min straight. The whole day I feel more energetic and relaxed as if my life has a balance.
