What are your thoughts on cheating? Do you believe in a don't ask don't tell situation or do you let your partner know you're interested in someone else? How much cheating is too much cheating? Just curious. This is a serious post by the way. Personally I believe in monogamy but it seems the times have changed.
I'm loyal to one female at a time. Of course instincts take hold and you have flirtations and fantasies but I believe in self-control. Something most people don't seem to have anymore unfortunately. For me its a no cheating PERIOD type policy. If you do cheat though I prefer to know so I can pack my shit and leave instead of waste time with a slag. I'd reciprocate as well if I ever cheated.
People cheat for a variety of reasons. I've never cheated but I've been cheated on a few times and it comes down to: - The cheater is horny and the opportunity for fresh sex presents itself - The cheater wants out of a relationship, because cheating is a great way to end something - The cheater takes pride in sexual conquests, so when another kill comes along... etc. etc. etc. just my two cents
Ive never cheated and I never would! why not just break up with them if you want to mess around with someone else???
Honestly there are so many varying levels of cheating that it becomes complicated. Based on my last two relationships however, I would not stand for emotional either and would break up with my current bf if anything remotely shady occurred.
Emotional cheating scares me more than physical cheating If someone physically cheated on me I’d call them a pos and be done with them. If someone emotionally cheated on me my heart would crumble.
One major issue I had with emotional cheating was that sometimes it's just subtle enough that it's hard to prove and then the other person does their best to just gaslight you when you call them on it so they can keep on doing it.
