Proverbs 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. 1 John 2:3-6 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 1 John 3:19-23 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. I emphasize "and" becauses too many people think just believe in Christ, and then you have heaven "tapped". You must believe in Christ, everything He says, and obey Him, walking as He does. Of Christ, it is said: Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Being human isn't a sin. Breaking God's Law is sin. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. So there are no questions, sin is not opinion, whatever opinions anyone would choose to define sin. Sin is transgression of God's 10 Commandments.
So, that all having been said, what is God's law? The 10 Commandments? I thought the old Mosaic Law was rendered obsolete by Jesus' sacrifice, or at least thats what the denomination I grew up in taught. Here it is, from Moses: The Ten Commandments, also known as the Decalogue, found in the Ark of the Covenant are: I am the Lord your God, You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Honour your father and your mother. You shall not murder. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbour. (lying) You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbour. (forbids adultery with neighbours stuff E.G slave)
There are waaaay more than 10...here's a list of 613: The Law: All 613 Commandments! Most are concerned with worshiping the monster...it's really particular on how it is to be revered.
The Mosaic Law was rendered somewhat obsolete, such as the dietary laws, by Paul and friends, approved by James the Just in order to make it easier to keep gentile converts.
My grandparents are Catholics so I’ve been asked if I’ve been having sex out of wed lock so many times lol and then I lied... and went and repented my sons to allah, and after I felt so much better I coveted my neighbors wife
I like the rules given for enslaving your fellow human beings...real upright stuff, that. The H stands for Harold..."Our father who art in heaven, Harold be thy name." Like many sons (like me as well), he has his father's name as his middle name.
Yes, Jeebs' dad is named Harold. The angels bore his name as well..."Hark, the Harold angels sing..." His human step-dad Joseph was a bonafide cuck.
