Code red

It’s definitely winter. Yesterday it started snowing. This morning it wasn’t that bad, but around noon our national weather bureau issued a “code red”, i.e. an extreme weather warning. So our school was closed down, and so were many other schools and offices, to give people the opportunity to go home before it became too hard. For me that meant that I got stuck in the snow almost immediately. Luckily one of my teachers saw me and offered to drive me home.

Its balmy here, we're having some unseasonably warm weather this December.

I got "snowed in" last winter because the snow plows didn't come down my street, it was terrible

 

That sounds like summer

 

My girlfriend is from Malaysia, and she says its freezing when it gets below about 25 deg. C.

 

Back in my day, if a teacher offered to drive a student home you ran away and screamed rape. And by back in my day, I mean 2 years ago lol

 

Jealous of your snow

 

In 6th grade, my teacher drove me and my sister home. Hmmm . . . . I don't remember anything happening other than we arrived at our house, lol. So that means we were raped?
