    Black Holes are a misnomer - they’re much better understood than they were. Of course, we still know next to nothing about them, just that they’re massive bundles of highly compressed matter, rather than the original idea that they’re passages or drains.

    I’m not sure, but the idea of wormholes may have come from the same basic idea, but they’re no longer thought to be similar to those.

    Wormholes are such a cool idea

    I suppose they are related. Gravity can be described as curved space. Curve it far enough and you might end up in a different universe, if you survive the trip.
