not gonna like Sonic's the best tho - cuz that was my first job at 15 and i know. 2nd if wendy's but i say that with chagrin cuz Sonic and Dave Riggalo was the owner and he taught me everything i need to know. he was from canada and i was 15 in Houston and actually he had to call me my mom to ask her if it was okay for me to work there. (cuz the store was on the same street as my moms house) good times. see now I'm gonna invite my little brother here cuz of this. he's much more handsome than me.
that place is the best buffet on the planet. u can get pancakes with any kind of sauce u want rooty tooty fresh and fruity, u can get blueberries on em u can get that apple saucy or whatever.. but this denny's in houston my dad used to take us there when we were really little? mmmmmmMUAH.
Denny’s in the states is better, but not bad here - none of the locations here (Calgary) that I know of do buffets
I feel like at starbucks they are too friendly, asking me how I am doing or how my day is going, but I don't think it will prevent me from going. They should just say, 'What do you want?' lol
I don’t mind friendly - I like when they take the time to learn your name and remember what you order. It’s presumption from strangers that bothers me
I also hate the upcharge. Me - "I would like the Billy Cheeseburger." Server - "Would you like mushrooms, jalapenos, yam fries, and gravy?" Me - "Well that sounds good...sure." And then I notice that the upcharge is like $15. At least warn me that those items don't come with the burger. Also, over ambitious servers. @Mantwon and I were at Chop and I bet we could not go 3 min without the server interrupting us to ask us if our meal was ok or if we needed more drinks or to tell us about every special that was on or the desserts. It was over the top annoying.
