Delay between repeating actions

    Not sure the proper term for the delay / wait time...
    It seems you can't report 2 posts within 30 seconds. This seems a bit long (draconian)

    Alright, it would seem that spammers have taken over...
    With nobody moderating / deleting posts, with no response from admins, with a limited ability to report posts due to this required delay, I'm going to give up trying...

    Is anything being done about the spammers? Is this site *really* coming back? Or has it been parked? I want to know if I'm wasting my time logging in every day... (and reporting all the spam)

    Could reduce the delay between posting messages too, it seems to be a between 10 and 15 seconds right now.
    I think anything over 5 seconds is excessive for established users. Even 1 second would prevent double posts without becoming an intrusion...
