Nope. Asking about her agoraphobia.
Like the worst panic attack you can imagine. Palms sweat, nose runs, tummy hurts (nice way of saying diarrhea), your blood feels like it’s on fire and full of butterflies, you feel like your bladder is the size of a pea, your mind races and can’t focus, you breathe fast. Idk it’s rough.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the amazing post. I think to get out of depression you need to make yourself busy in your work that you don't even get a time to think about it. I know that healing from depression is not easy. My cousin who was in depression and to solve his problem, he visited to voyance-direct who provided him guidance and solutions to move forward positively in life.
Just try really hard to stay positive, put a positive spin on everything. Get a support system.
These were like the side effects I had on citalopram. Also couldn't feel my hands for like an hour after I took the pill. Had NO appetite, I was shivering while having a hot flash. This went on for two weeks before I finally was able to switch. I would have panic attacks before taking it because I knew what kind of hell was waiting for me.
Ativan. Ativan are good times man. They should just prescribe those mother fuckers for EVERYTHING. Lol
I have both anxiety and depression. I've struggled with it for a while - 6 years ago I was hospitalized twice for it. It's been up and down, but over the years has gotten a bit better. Didn't need any meds for a while. Then last January it started to hit HARD and wasn't letting up. A friend helped me through and told me to see a doctor. I did and have been on different meds over the past year.
First was Citalopram, which was awful (as described above), then Prozac but it crapped out on me and I came crashing down so fucking hard. Then he put me on Effexor which I ended up having allergic reactions to so I was pulled from that. My doctor spoke to one of his colleagues who specialized in mental health and he told him to put me back on Prozac because it did work well before and then to supplement it with Wellbutrin. So now I'm on 40mg of Prozac and 150mg of Wellbutrin. I definitely feel better.. kinda. Still have bad days, worse days, and then good days. It varies, but I think I might finally be getting somewhere.
Just think positive thoughts and distance yourself from your feelings.
It does for me. I have depression and anxiety, too.
What works for one person doesn't necessarily mean it works for everyone though. Believe me, I've tried that.
Ativan is the only thing that has ever helped me
I've never tried Ativan
One of my exes took it and he couldn't cum normally. Took three hours once.
Yeah I think I had that problem too but I didn't mind that side effect. I've been on lots of medications that have worse side effects, like getting dizzy
