I’ve never heard of poffertjes - what’s that?

 

Poffertjes ties are like small, fluffy pancakes. Most people eat them with butter and powdered sugar.

 

Those look amazing - kind of the opposite of pannakoek, which are huge and thin

 

Yes, I like poffertjes much better then than pannenkoeken

 

I’d be good with either - depends on toppings for the big ones, where little and fluffy would be amazing just as is
