In hopes that I learn more about his life as he’s one of my favorite authors of all time. What has everyone read of his work?
Yeah dude that’s where it all started. I read his work and as I got older And re-read some of it and could actually comprehend just blew my mind.
Also, FREAKING AUTO CORRECT spelled *Allen and not ALLAN on the title of this thread. So **** You auto correct you dirty whore.
Edgar Allen Poe bibliography I haven't read most of his works, but I did also enjoy "The Pit and The Pendulum."
Must read but also I think I read somewhere that he was paid 9$ for The Raven ... that’s mind blowing because I feel like The Raven was WAY more popular.
Hey @MarkFL and @sharkbait. The Tell tale heart is actually the story of me and @Wrecky is the old man
The Tell-Tale Heart is an obvious choice, but for good reason. The first time I read it, when he yells out, "Tear up the planks!" I got literal chills.
