Exercising with a cold

    Would you do it? I have a cold and I need to bulk but I feel weak and drowsy. I already skipped going yesterday. Someone tell me what to do.

    Jeez, great advice there ya jerk. Your post gets me all motivated and I speed walk to the gym, then when I get there the place is too crowded and I leave. Why were there so many people there at 6:45am anyway?

    The only time I exercise is when I’m sick! Get that lymphatic system flowing.

    You should sauna if your not going to work out

    I've never actually been in a sauna, I think I'll have a hot shower instead.

    Speed walking to the gym and back is exercise too. :)

    I can't swallow tablets, don't know why. I haven't had tablets in like 10 years.

    They come in pill form, gel caps and a liquid :)
