We use virtually no salt at all, mostly because of my dad’s blood pressure. I’m used to it. I don’t even like salt on my fries
I never add salt to my food, even though I know this is a culinary faux pas. I also prefer to cook from scratch and avoid processed foods, but completely eliminating salt from my diet would be so much work
We don't eliminate salt completely. You need salt, but the amount of salt you get just by eating bread is more than enough.
Well yeah there's salt in pretty much everything too, so even if you think you're avoiding it you're probably still getting some.
