If you can't access your old account follow these steps First make sure the account still exists by searching your username here. If you deleted your account, it's gone forever. If you can't remember your username, you must remember the email. We can't search partial usernames or emails for you. Once you have account info, send that to me (@skrinkle) in a private message with a sign picture that includes the old accounts info and the date. You can upload your sign picture to your new account, or imgur, etc. and then link it to me. If you message me for an account recovery, the only reason is because you read this thread. So I expect you to know what I need in order to help you. Please don't message me asking to search for something you're not even sure still exists, or expect me to grant you access to an account without the proper sign picture.

Hi, my old account is Kenzie16 that I would like to get back into but can’t remember the password for. If you could please help me get back into it I would really appreciate it. I sent this in a private message to @skrinkle but haven’t heard back. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t do the sign picture properly. Mostly because I’m not 100% sure what a sign picture is but once I find out I’ll be happy to send one. Thank you.
Is there no support anymore for getting into old accounts? I sent a message to 2 different people who are supposed to help with this issue and have yet to receive anything back. Would be great to get some help with this. Thanks in advance
