i cant get it out of my mind
That cant be correct
Why did they do it
No bread on a double down, were the staff drunk?
They had to have been
I thought they gave me a chicken burger by accident but it was the two tendies laid out side by side in there
That’s how they do some of their sandwiches, but definitely not the double down style lol
Is that the KFC one that uses chicken as the bun? I've always wanted to try that but I thought it was limited edition years ago
IIIIITS BACK BABY
I mean it was fine witj the bun but it wasnt the experience i was aiming for
Probably shouldbe attempted to remove it but it seemed pretty wet in there
I want a chicken tender in a hot dog bun they should sell that
They had the double down waffle for a while recently, chicken was the bun, a waffle with maple syrup in the middle
What on earth is a double down?
2 seasoned chicken breasts with bacon and sauce in the middle, so a sandwich with the meat as the bread
Naked chicken chalupa is better
You are soooo deprived.
I thought they discontinued that double down thing.
They keep bringing it back as a seasonal thing
Oh I didn’t know that, I wonder if you can sub in grilled chicken instead. Fried chicken has alll those pesky carbs.
Probably not, but you could probably bake a couple chicken breasts with seasoning and put cheese, bacon and sauce between them - home made, cheaper and healthier
True dat. Anyway (in the USA) apparently KFC’s current promotional sandwich is something called the “Pickle Fried Sandwich”
That does sound weird - could be good
Once, my friend Andrew ate 2 double downs and a poutine and just as we were walking out of KFC I said, "you should go order a double double down" and he straight up puked EVERYWHERE. like, chicken and poutine were coming out of his nose.
I think the best part was the fact the KFC was right on a corner with a traffic light so people were stopped at this red light at then suddenly some guy bursts out the front door vomiting.
