What products do you use in your hair to clean and style it, and how well do they work?

The natural oils produced by your own body gives me the best hair. :)

Lol same, but I rotate products constantly because I've never found ones I'm in love with.

Same, right now I'm using what my inlaws use because we're house sitting. It's some of the best smelling stuff

I'm using the banana shampoo from the body shop, I like the smell but it doesn't do anything special for my hair :(

Does anything though? I mean, personally, I can never tell a difference unless I fork out the money for the expensive stuff.

Yeah, I went through a few years of trying out salon shampoo and conditioners but none of them were ever as amazing as they were supposed to be :( so I'm back to getting a different brand from Shoppers every couple of months until I find one that at least does what its supposed to do.
Before I started colouring my hair I used to use Pantene and loooooved it but my hair is different and it doesn't do anything now.

what kind of style are you looking to achieve?
My favourite product for natural curl is AG recoil but I am too poor to afford it. My favourite for big blowouts is bedhead superstar blowdry lotion. To add shine to an updo or braids I love bedhead headrush, plus it smells sooo gooood. Favourite shampoo right now I am using mabelle intensely smooth shampoo, I got it at winners and am super impressed, even if I don't use conditioner my hair feels smooth but it also lathers up and gives you that squeaky clean feel. My favourite conditioner is Aveda damage remedy but its so expensive so I am using bedhead elasticate and its pretty good, but your hair looks healthy so you can probably get away with just about anything that is just ph balancing after the shampoo.

Aw man, rough. I honestly haven't thought about it too much. I used to get stuff for colored hair, but for the last 2 years I've been growing my hair out for my wedding, so it's all natural now.

I used to use pantene a lot and liked it! It was always my moms go to shampoo/conditioner. I hope you can find something nice though! Something that smells nice too! Maybe it has something to do with hormones? I feel like the older I get the lamer my hair is.

My hair is pretty trashed :P The number one thing I look for is damage repair/smoothing products because the split ends are for real :tears:

AG makes great stuff, they just jacked their prices a little while ago, used to swear by them, but ended up finding another brand

They were selling L bottles for $30, that’s like a years worth, they stopped selling the L and charge $20 for 230ml or some shit - **** them.
