I think it is because being asexual is still erotic in the sense that you select these people and not these people, and you are more or less striving towards the same thing, just not having sex while doing it...

Cantor's diagonal argument, in a way, captures what I am trying to say, if you list all possible sequences of 0's and 1's (possible sexualities including asexuality), there is one sequence which is not on the list, there is a sequence which signifies the lack of sexuality, whereas asexuality is just another sexuality on the list

You know there are older books that predate the Abrahamic god, and they’re far more believable.

Even the bible clearly states that there is not only one god.

“God stands in the Divine Council; He renders judgment among the gods… I said, “You are gods, and all of you are sons of the Most High.” (Ps. 82:1, 6)

“Ascribe to the Lord, sons of the mighty (literally from Hebrew sons of gods), ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.” (Ps. 29:1)

“Who is like You among the gods, O LORD?” (NASB, Ex. 15:11)

“For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God…” (ESV, Deut.10:17)

“You shall have no other gods before Me. (NASB, Ex.20:3)

Archaeological evidence shows that before the Babylonian Captivity, the Israelites worshiped many gods such as El and Asherah, lol. That's why the prophets were so angry, lol. It was really only after contact with the Persians and Zoroastrianism did they truly become strict monotheists.

What I mean by strict monotheism can be seen in modern Hinduism where the main sects are devotion to a certain god, lol. They are not strict monotheists because they acknowledge the status of the other gods. Or that not all of them were monotheists, lol.

I denied my sexuality when I was littler. I always knew I was a lesbian, but growing up in a strict Christian home, I feared nonacceptance. Finally, I came out at the age of fourteen as Bisexual, which never exactly fit. After years of questioning, I finally officially came out as a lesbian, and I have never been happier! I am very accepted on my mother's side of the family, which is all i could ask for. My father...however...was a completely different story. I was beaten for my sexuality and cast out of his family. Luckily, I no longer live with him!
