    Oh okay, it's pretty much the same price then. Why don't Canadians just move to New Brunswick? Cheap as **** there.

    sure if it's paid off you make the difference, if you're only a few years into your mortgage not so much

    I have a decent RRSP going through work, about 8% from me 10% from employee
    And a separate RRSP through my bank that I just drop money in here and there
    And a non-registered savings plan
    A TFSA
    And a savings account
    Only 1 house though, moving out to a bigger property in maybe 5 years if I ever decide to have kids
