It seems like everyone has been calling me skinny recently. So, I check out my BMI and apparently I'm "dangerously underweight" even though I rounded up my weight to the nearest stone lol. Then, I realise that I slept past breakfast and lunch only eating dinner today, which was a pizza. Well obviously I won't gain weight with that diet, you're all fat North Americans though so you should be able to help me gain weight. So, can someone give meal suggestions? I don't know what to buy, has to be something from Tesco maybe Iceland. Just spam me a shit load of different meals, cause all I can come up with is chicken and pasta. (don't give me something hard to cook) I'll post what I ate at the end of the week. Tell me if that's enough calories.
