I didn't mean to insult your intelligence or knowledge...sometimes I just go into "teacher mode" and I might tell you things you already know, but which I feel should be covered for completeness. Can you forgive me?
No, you're not being patronising. You do a great job of not being patronising. You're the best at not being patronising. You're a good boy (I'm trying to patronise you. I included this bracket to be patronising)
From my conversations with you, I think that you are one of the most level-headed I've talked to on most Internet forums, lol, and I've talked to a lot, lol.
@mikeconley11 you should ask @Posta for help if you need to know what foods are carbs and which ones will make you fat
Two kinds of carbs. Simple (sugar) and complex (fiber) just read your package and look at carbohydrates. Say 20 grams. 7 grams of fiber would be 13 grams of sugar. Usually, gaining weight is as easy as adding digestive enzymes. Average people only absorb 80% of intake calories, higher metabolism is closer to 60%. Digestive enzymes pick up calories without adding more food. Thought eating once a day is not... Ever recommend. You regardless of anything need more calories. And use a lot of essential fat. Fish twice a week, avacodos, eggs etc. It will prevent your weight all going straight to your stomach. Hope that was some what helpful
When I went Turkey on holiday, I had full meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and sometimes a fourth meal. (these were big ass Turkish eat all you want meals) The holiday went on for 2 weeks and I was eating so much. I was convinced that I would go back home after stuffing myself for 2 weeks on Turkish food and gain a stone. I go back home onto the scales and it says I lost 2 pounds. So, I don't think it's going to be easy as adding digestive enzymes lol.
I'm the same way. If I go over my three meals I lose weight. Despite calories, when I was in my Early twenties I was severely underweight, I'd intermediate fast, digestive enzymes, take a 1000 calorie 8 hour digestion protein shake before bed. And eventually gained 23lbs. It'll get easier when you are over 25 lol
Hi there, according to me you need to eat fatty foods. You can also take the help of supplement for weight gain. You can also take the help of diet guide which helps to increase your weight.
If you wanna gain Don't skip meals or your body eats off what is stored. I drink these insure things because I also have a hard time eating enough. My problem is I'm just usually not hungry till dinner time but then end up feeling sick and always just being almost underweight from not eating enough during the day. The drinks are easier to get down for me in the morning and when I'm on the go. Not really quite sure why I just don't get hungry in the first half of the day. You can get high protein or high cal ensures. They fill the tummy and a quick meal replacement when feeling like you should eat something
It's such a chore to make food and eat all the time. I don't really get hungry except after eating a proper meal, it's really weird.
100% agree lol A million other responsibilities and now I gotta feed myself a balanced diet to stay alive. Great.
Maybe do big batches of things you like when you have the energy, freeze individual portions, just reheat them when it’s time to eat
