Time is weird. At 45, a year feels like 2-3 months did when I was 25. Shit accelerates as your brain gets older
2 Peter 3:8 - But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
If you believe that you’ll never be happy enough, there will always be that itch in the back of your mind telling you another 1000, 10000, million and you’ll be happy, and it will never go away. It’ll keep you from enjoying your life even when you’re doing things you enjoy
Once you have all those things and enough to power/staff/maintain and replace all those things as well as eat like a king/queen for the rest of your life, do you still need more?
the thing about designer purses is there's new styles ever season so i mean...i was mostly kidding but it's not like people want to be filthy rich only so they can get 1 or 2 purses and a filet mignon
also yeah you always need more. anything in excess goes to the kiddies and the more you can leave them when you're gone the better cause they're gonna want chanel bags too
lol... just things, when they fulfill needs great, but at some point it just becomes clutter that only serves for bragging rights, they don’t really improve your life. It’s actually been suggested having more than you need causes a similar level of unhappiness to not having enough
If you work hard for your money you should buy what you want **** what anyone thinks about how you spend your money.
that's when you downsize, donate and make someone else happy. it was a joke materialistic answer but im trying to build an empire. comfortable isn't enough
