How did you exercise today?

    Today I did 60 min & 5.15 miles on the elliptical

    Why do you insist with this regimen?

    Whats your goal?

    Meduim intensity workouts like ellipticals are inefficient ways to gain result.

    I don’t have a specific goal in mind. I just want to be active. I feel good both physically and mentally after I’m done with my workout.

    … Also it’s fun to beat my “high scores“ :P

    Fair enough.

    Progression is key. You will build crazy cardio and endurance if you continue trying to beat your "high scores"..I think its inefficient but I understand why you do it.

    Personally, High intensity workouts and Cardio can save you half an hour a day.

    You burn more calories in less amount of time..

    Thanks for the tips, however with a mix of good diet and exercise I’ve lost 80 pounds in 5 months. I’d call that effective, but we all have our own theories on stuff.

    I was chubby, and now I’m not. You not believing the progress I’ve made is a compliment though, thanks :D

    Probably crush diet.

    Regardless, thumbs up for the hard work man. Always makes me happy to see people lose that much weight.
