Why do you insist with this regimen? Whats your goal? Meduim intensity workouts like ellipticals are inefficient ways to gain result.
I don’t have a specific goal in mind. I just want to be active. I feel good both physically and mentally after I’m done with my workout. … Also it’s fun to beat my “high scores“
Fair enough. Progression is key. You will build crazy cardio and endurance if you continue trying to beat your "high scores"..I think its inefficient but I understand why you do it. Personally, High intensity workouts and Cardio can save you half an hour a day. You burn more calories in less amount of time..
Thanks for the tips, however with a mix of good diet and exercise I’ve lost 80 pounds in 5 months. I’d call that effective, but we all have our own theories on stuff.
