Today: 106 min / 9 miles
Today: 61 min / 5 and a half miles on the elliptical.
I did pullups and then taught a little 10 year old girl how to do pullups and some ab workouts at the community exercise park.
I hate it when you show a young teenager how to do push ups and they crank out 100 of them and you know that you can only do 12.
I hate when you try to show cute little red haired boys how to work out and instead of trying they give up and ask you if you want to play violent games instead. Our next generation of children are going to give society some really big problems. The immigrant children have better work ethic and are more interested in learning.
I am a proponent for old school values.
PS mcpon14, I can only do about 20 push ups and am in great shape. It matters what type of body you have, how much you weigh, and if you are doing q proper pushup or a sleazy half wrong pushup that is less effort but appears to others like a normal pushup (but sticking into the air), etc..

What runners do you wear? I did 95 minutes in new balance minimalist runners 2 days ago.
I just wear socks, I do my cardio on a machine in my living room

I watch Netflix on my iPad with noise cancelling headphones, so not really.
i don't have to walk anywhere, got a golf cart.

Touche. However you dont use all the stabilizer muscles in your ankles and knees because you're not changing surface angles or inclines...
I adjust the incline as I go but... yeah actually running outside is probably better for you.
