You can't outwork a bad diet. Abs are made in the kitchen. Increase protein. Decrease carbs.
Take bigger bong rips.
My washboard abs come from hacking and coughing.
This is the biggest part of it. You can work your abs all day and get them as solid as you want but you'll never see them if they're covered by a layer of fat. The biggest part of having visible abs is being of a certain body fat percentage. Once you get down to about 12% (as a dude) they'll start to show pretty impressively if you've got some muscle on you.
