Medium rare to medium for me
Neither, I prefer poultry or seafood.
Well done in a 15 psi pressure cooker with some Sea salt
Rare to medium rare. Best flavour and most nutritional as well
Cooked a little bit on both sides but essentially, rare.
With a side of ketchup I presume?
I've never tried rare, always well done.
I got 4 steaks in the freezer right now.
Why not? Rare is not the equivalent of not cooking it.
No blood/red allowed in my meat until I moved out at 16, by that time I just got used to it like that. I might try it though.
Just make an incision in your arm and lick the blood and see if you like the taste.
The red isn’t blood, just pigment. All the blood is gone before they butcher it

I like my steak cuddling in the living room
Even though I respect the sanctity of all life, cows are just too tasty which overrides that, in my opinion.
