I barely notice mine, but I’m dirty blond so it kinda blends. Then I get a haircut, look at the bits and they’re so grey. Wtf.

    Good hair genes

All my high school friends look like they’re 60, it’s weird. Hung out with a friend I hadn’t seen since then a couple summers ago and it was strange. I’ve gotten heavier by like 40 pounds, but they all look like they’re way older than they are. Some of my college friends too.

Maybe I do too and just don’t see it, but I keep having people tell me I’m way too young for things my body does, and while I can call out the MS thing as a reason, I’m not really sure haha

    Too many drugs
No idea of my dad's history but wouldn't be surprised if it's like mine

It would be much cooler to look 80 and still feel 50, just picturing this little old man with a walker who plods among them jumps up in people’s faces to freak them out and runs marathons for old people and runs circles around them all

I've been getting a few strands of hair that begin to grow grey, but then return to dark brown after about an inch. It's like natural ombre.

Our mom prob had the same experience and that’s why as a 63 y old she still refuses to grow it out natural. She has a majority of beautiful silvery white hair in the front and a salt n pepper from the crown to the nape. If I was her I would make it easy for myself because not everyone’s grey hair looks nice lol

How athletic do you think 50 year olds are?

Depends entirely on fitness levels, there have been a couple instances of people around 50 playing in the NHL, and they’re not as good as they were, but still very much elite level athletes.

In the nba, 40 years old is the maximum but you start to see a decline in athleticism in your 30s.

There was this one guy I knew though, about 70 years old and he had been doing this annual cross country run for like 40 years. He didn't even finish last so it's possible.

When I lived in Vancouver I worked for a guy pushing 80 who ran around like a 20 year old on excessive amounts of cocaine, he was in better shape than anyone else there and nobody was more than half his age, most in their 20s. I dunno, I feel as good at 45 as I did at 30, still strong, still have stamina.

But it takes work now, I’m my 20s I was just built that way.

That Jagr guy, who’s still better than average NHL level player, is a little older than I am

When does your body start to get stiff when moving? Is that 30s?
