Is it always 3 meals, or do you skip some/add more? What about snacks?
Skip breakfast, skip lunch, usually have dinner... No wonder I weigh 150lbs
3, no snacking.
About 12 times. I don't eat meals. I just snack throughout the day. I read somewhere that it is not ideal for a person to make themselves full and then be hungry again and then be full again and repeat.
Usually lunch & dinner and maybe a snack or two. So I’d say between 3 or 4 times a day.
Light breakfast, full lunch, dinner varies, but almost always
Some random snacks if I get peckish, usually fruit or something
I have a coffee for breakfast, calorie load for lunch and a smoothie closer to the end of the day.
What are your calorie-loading food items, if I may ask?
Pizza is great for calorie loading, it’s very calorie dense
I like scrambled eggs and potatoes. That's what I use.
Not very calorie dense, but still delicious
I only eat once a day
Idk how ppl have the time to eat breakfast or lunch
I read an article somewhere that said that a poor diet is the number one killer of people, in general, on the globe. It beats out heart disease, for example.
