How much do you bench?

    I actually just ordered a weight bench. I'll update you on that later. But I think I'd struggle to push 90lbs :shifty:

    When I was 15 I weighed 89 pounds and could bench the same :shifty: I wonder how hard it would be now

    I use to go to the gym religiously, but my metabolism is so high, I cannot make gains. My muscles will get rock solid, but they don't show. So eventually I just quit going because it didn't make a difference if I worked out or not.
