How much sleep do you need to feel rested? how does being tired affect you?? Personally, I have the worst anxiety when I'm tired, which usually leads to mild hallucinations. #1 reason why I miss so much work
When I'm exhausted, nothing can stress me out. When I wake up in the morning, my eyes are always teary and I'm groggy. Think phlegm, boogers, saliva and ear wax.
I forgot one more. Poop. Somehow there are smudges of poop on my face for some reason when I wake up. Nah. Just kidding, I just forget to wipe my mouth after dinner most days and I wake up with food residue on my face.
I am severely sleep deprived so am tired at all times. I get 1 to 4 hours sleep a night, & that is not enough, but that all I can do. I have meds but I don't take them often as they are addictive, & a person always needs more & more. I refuse to go there.
I need between 7-9 hours a night. My fatigue meds don’t let me sleep, so I smoke (prescription) cannabis to fall asleep. Less than 7 hours and I’m a zombie for the first few hours of the day
I sleep an average of 28 hours a week, but that's usually 5 nights of 1.5-3 hours and 2 with longer. I literally cannot remember what not being tired feels like
I work night shifts 12-8am, i have a daughter and a husband so i try to have one on one tome plus family time ,i workout 5 days a week and try to have my own time plus friend time. I get 4-5 hours of sleep if i could id love 7-8 but that never happens if i dont get sleep for 3 days i end up being moody and kind of a bitch ♀️
