How much does sleep affect you?

    I'm right there with you. Mine is a thyroid issue that leaves me tired all the time regardless of how much or how little I sleep.

    Mine is just MS fatigue. Constant brain fog, no energy. it’s annoying

    That's not good either. My friend with MS said it was like she could hear her brain sizzle from exhaustion.

    I can relate to that statement, the first few months after an attack feel that way for me
