How often do you think about your impending demise

I think about it a lot. It's okay though all my bad thoughts and things that happened to me over the years numbs me out emotionally.

But I'm still intrigued to hear how others deal with the grief of everything being temporary. It's not something people talk about openly, but yet, the majority of people go on living without pause. It's bothersome to me.
