I haven’t been hung over in a long time, but oddly just staying up too late and being exhausted is a similar feeling
I just watched a video that said if you drink a glass of water in between each drink and before bed you don’t get hungover. Anyone gonna try it?
I’ve been to,d that drinking lots of water helps prevent headache, because alcohol actually dehydrates you, and the headache is caused by your brain being dehydrated
Not getting hungover tips with JC Martin:
- Liquor before beer you are in the clear
- Beer after liquor, never sicker!
- Drink QUALITY liquor.. not captain piece of garbage morgans. Drink high quality rums and vodka.. ie Three Olives Vodka, Mount Gay Rum (im not gay nice name tho guys lmao), Grey Goose, generally any polish vodka, Polo Club gin. you get what you pay for. smirnoff is GARBAGE i never drink it
- Quality beers or cider.. avoid sugar bs ... Heineken, Coors Light, Kokanee, Strongbow good to go.
Be smart.. have like 4/5 drinks. pace yourself and don't be an alcoholic and you should feel fine in the morning.
