It is strange. Health should be under life
I guess it's there because of the fitness component
I think there should be a health forum for people who eat good and work out and a health forum for people who eat bad and need to ask about their diarrhea
Since I haven’t been working for the last three and a half months, I decided last month to start working out and eating better. Down 15 pounds in the last three and a half weeks. I would love a health forum for more pointers and ideas.
Should we make some threads and see if we can get this forum active?!
But what about people who eat healthy but don't work out? Or people who eat bad and worry about constipation?

Dang girl get yourself a blender and buy some fruits and veggies and blend you up some SMOOTHIES. Put milk and hot chocolate powder and thawed blueberries in em and you're golden!

Whenever I tried to do workouts on the floor my dog would go nuts and think I was playing and jump all over me lol

Recently have started the yoga and is surprisingly hard af. Currently feeling not so limber.
I realize that i have no balance for doing yoga, but still trying to master it

I HATED yoga at first then ended up enjoying it more as I got better. I stopped for about 4 months and I'm finally trying to ease back into it. Easier said than done.
