As I read this thread I have a tub of onion dip on my knee, a loaf of bread in my lap, and a bag of chips by my legs. I’m in bed
mike don’t feel to judged, @Wrecky said she will clean my room and do my laundry maybe she will clean your bed off and get that stain out.
Mike, Clear all that shit off your bed. Clean your mattress. Vacuum it, then apply citrus cleanser or diluted dish detergent. For particularly stubborn stains, try applying baking soda after detergent. If possible, let the sun hit it...the UV rays will kill bacteria and the fresh air will be good. After you put it back inside, hit it with some Febreze. Get yourself several sets of bed clothes (fitted sheets, sheets, pillow cases) and a couple of nice comforters. Get some nice pillows, if you don't already have some. Once a week, change out your sheets and wash the dirty ones. Once a month, change your comforter and wash the dirty one. Wash your pillows. You'll sleep a whole lot more nicely.
Yes, that would likely be even better, and then follow those other guidelines. I forgot to mention getting a good pad for the mattress as well.
