I’m seeing mixed answers online. A lot of older people say they do it but a lot of younger people say theirs exploded. I wonder if there’s something bad in old glass that made it stronger lol

Its when you touch cold water to it, it explodes. The pan has to be cooled off for it to be alright to touch it with water b/c the extreme heat causes the glass to fracture with a fast temperature change. I don't know anything about older glass pans and how they made their glass but its possible that they're stronger. It's possible that newer glass pans are stronger too tho, just depends on the manufacturer and their process old or new.

What's a broiler? Google says it's a type of chicken

A broiler is like a grill, but upside down, so the heat comes from above

I had kfc recently and is it just me or is it not as good as it was 10 years ago?

Yeah it's gone downhill, it's cheaper now though.

My chicken tasted like nothing!!! And the fries weren’t as good as I remember either, they were hard like they weren’t cooked enough or something.

Maybe Canada’s chicken is different. Is nandos better or worse than kfc?

I wonder if the nandos here is good, there’s only one where I’m from and it’s in the middle of nowhere

Sounds like you hit a bad restuarant. Sometimes the staff are lacking and they just suck at it lol

Do they bread the chicken in the store or is it breaded before it gets to the store?

Lol it's probably pre-breaded, I'm not sure though
