And now my boy is peeing blood.

I knew I should have just went with my gut and kept him on the vet food. The vet put him on it for a reason, clearly.

Obviously, I feel terrible for letting a stupid post make me consider I was making a bad choice feeding my cat his original food.

I put him on one of the highest quality cat foods, and it still didn't work out.

Poor boy... I should say this is all my own fault, and I only blame myself for letting a random person on the internet make me feel like I wasn't doing good enough for my animals.

When it comes to health issues for me & mine, I never listen to online people, & likewise I don't hand out advice about it either. Hope your kitty gets better..

We're going to the vet first thing in the morning. He should be alright soon, I just feel so bad for him right now. He's having a hard time.

Dry food leads to bladder infections and blood in urine. It was probably from the food you fed him before.

Probably not. The vet food he was on was for almost 6 years and we didn't have an issue until 3 weeks after switching him to acana. So thanks, but no thanks. I'm sticking with the vet's advice.
