Lol, people responding to a thread frem over e month ago I don’t know what gumbo is, but I had jambalaya once in the US.
You can always just open the refrigerator, see what you have, chop up what can be chopped up and stir fry it. Add whatever seasoning you have in your cupboard and voila. Simple. The bonus is that you might end up discovering something that's new and you can make some money off of that .
Oh. Those are better. I was thinking more along the lines of Ramen noodles but with ingredients added in, like meats and eggs and certain vegetables to give it flavor and texture.
