    vitamin c.. chopped/crushed garlic that i let sit for 10 mins so allicin forms, i got a roommate thats sick all the time and i recover in a day if i feel ill

    how does gatorade even help? I was reading the back of the bottle of the one I have and it's basically just flavored sugar water.

    When you’re tired as **** and sick sometimes a little extra energy is nice, but it probably doesn’t actually help the healing process

    Well time for me to take the suggestions from this thread since I am now sick. I took some oil of oregano earlier and wanted to vomit. That shit is nasty. Thank god it works really well (for me). I'd be hella pissed if it didn't work and tasted bad.

    Seriously, if you’re drinking enough liquids, you’d need depends to stay in bed all day. Ew.
