The other day I went to gift a friend 180 days ($98) of wow time and even though I hit "gift" and entered their email, it still applied the subscription to my account.. i dont even fuckin play wow.. its not the first time ive gifted them it so i knew what i was doing. Its never done that before. I requested a refund, and when accepted it gave a message that said refunds take up to 72 hours. Its been longer than that so I contacted customer support who then told me its 5-10 days Friend still got their subscription but its just annoying waiting that long for a refund and essentially having to buy the same thing twice. Thankfully I dont have to buy them another one for 6 months. I just wanted to vent about something stupid that no one cares about so i came here.
Unfortunately it’s not Blizzards failure as of late. They care more about money than their customers and players
Yeah I've heard about what's going on with them, so im not too surprised but it still makes me want to pull my hair out.
