Correct on both accounts.
Well in the case of "Gandu", the punishment fits the crime, if you know what I mean. Users are not banned without a reason. His punishment is fitting of his crime
And for "Kirari Chan" that account was not banned.. if they choose to verify or not that's all up to them. Users can choose to put that account on ignore if they don't want to interact with it. Or they can flame it until it deletes...
I disagree. I've investigated the issue and find no court documents supporting the claim. It doesn't mean the incident did not happen, it just mean that you are exacting vigilante justice upon Gandu. It was a serious claim but it has no legal basis supporting it i.e. Nexopia is meddling in the private affair between individuals.
Let us not kid ourselves, Nexopia bans people without any clear justification. There's certainly no clear justification for the prolonged tampering of Chef Kimchi Mendez's account.
Consequently, @bluntarilla's demand for vigilante justice is not far fetched and her demand is not based upon individual preference but general common sense regarding identity thievery.
I can't get into the specifics, but just because you don't know what happened, doesn't mean nothing happened.
*I* know why "Gandu" is banned, and it was definitely for a reason. Reasons why accounts get banned have not ever been and are still not available as public knowledge.
I know what happened.
What I am saying is that there is no filing of the claim in court.
You know, innocent until proven guilty.
Thus Nexopia was exacting vigilante justice.
Suppose harassment will result in permanent ban (no chance for redemption), I don't see why identity theft isn't.
Thus the injustice against Gandu.
What you *think* you know, is not everything Sorry you're misinformed @tool but all this about filing claims in court is a LOL because the court of Nexopia is the staff, and like I said.. punishment fits the crime.
If the case of identity theft you're talking about refers to user .:Batman:. we would need to confirm who the pictures belong to if not him.
i found like 3 facebooks and an instagram you want em?
PM to me
I was referring to actual court, not Nexopia.
What happened between the two individuals, if true, is criminal.
Consequently, Nexopia staff is exacting vigilante justice.
But like I said, there is more to the situation that you are unaware of. There was a rule broken on Nexopia, and the account was banned because of that. Not because of what happened outside of Nexopia. That's all I'm going to say about it, you can believe me or not Idc
Same here and it's a serious offense.
Furthermore, @*~BRATdOG~* personal information has been illegally transferred.
I don't see how that doesn't warrant a permanent ban.
@*~BRATdOG~* just sent me the links I need, I'm dealing with the situation right now.
The fb I found is actually him though (just with fake pics). You can tell because if you look through his friends list they're all from around the world. A normal profile would just have friends from the same country.
Did someone send the Op nudes? Only way to explain the hate he is getting.
Seems likely, he's not responding to my messages so it probably is him.
This is the last time I'm gonna speak about batman, but here's my theory on him. He's actually a woman. There's just times where I thought this when speaking to him, little slip ups. I think that would explain why he would catfish some average looking dude. If he's actually a she but a lesbian... makes sense to me.
The hedgehog's dilemma, lol.
Some evidence to back up my claim:
@-Batman] logged in for the first time since 2006 on Tuesday and didn't say anything. This was shortly after Batman left Nex. The gender was female.
Boom. Tbh that's an understandable reason, you can come back now batman.
Separate names with a comma.
