Is weed legal where you live? Just decriminalized? Still totally banned? If it's legal/decriminalized, is it easy to access? Vote yes or no if you think it should be totally legal or not, and tell me why
yes, i dont think theres any dispensaries in burnaby and the rcmp shipped in from the hateful parts of the country and they want a reason to harass
I’m a medical patient, so it’s already legal for me, but I think legal is good - not like many more people will use it, it’ll just ease the burden on the legal system, which spends way too much time and money prosecuting people for using it here - if they’re smart they’ll set prices competitive with the black market, but that might take a while to happen
Marijuana is decriminalised in the Netherlands, I.e. you can freely buy and use it in places euphemistically called coffee shop, but they made a really weird decision. Coffee shops are allowed to sell marijuana, but not to buy or grow it. So apparently the marijuana they sell magically appears out of thin air. The result is that people can easily obtain it, without having to go to obscure and potentially dangerous places, but at the back door of these coffee shops, there’s a whole world of crime, illegal and unsafe marijuana grow rooms and what not. I mean, I don't care if you can easily and safely get marijuana or not, but if you do legalise or decriminalise the sale and use of marijuana, then you should do the same with the production.
